5-5:30 p.m., Raider Fieldhouse - Keynote Presentation, "Achieving Gorgeous Garden Containers," by Thomas and Rachel Hermansen, owners of Wild Roots Greenhouse and Market

5:30-6:30 p.m., Raider Fieldhouse - Light Meal of pasta bowl meal (pasta with alfredo or meat red sauce), breadsticks, lemon bars or brownies, iced tea or water. Last chance to purchase “must have items” from the Market Place, which closes at 7 p.m.

6:45-7:30 p.m., North Education Center - Garden Session I. Participants can select one session from the following:

  • B. "Small Trees with Big Curb Appeal," Kelly Feehan, UNL Extension Educator- Horticulture

7:45-8:15 p.m., North Education Center - Garden Session II. Participants can select one session from the following:

  • H. "Using Ferns in Your Garden and Hanging Baskets," Janice Jochum, Master Gardener
  • I. "Saving Rain Water," Kelly Feehan, UNL Extension Educator-Horticulture.
  • J. "Stunning Window Boxes," Amanda Dalaviras, Earl May Nursery and Garden Center.
  • K. "What’s New for 2024 in Plants and Flowers," Jennifer Day, Wilke Landscape Center.
  • L. "Paper Making Using Pulp and Seeds," Jolene Hake, Garden Enthusiast and Creative.
